Who is Martin?
Martin Farrugia is a progressive leader with over 30 years of experience working in challenging roles in multiple sectors. Martin has been an Executive Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Board Director. Through his career, Martin has successfully transformed entire organizations, led departments through change, and inspired performance improvements in individuals and teams. Known as an effective communicator and has a proven ability to positively collaborate with stakeholders to create synergy and facilitate change.
Martin has been coaching individuals and teams throughout his career. Currently, Martin is completing his Executive Business Coach Certification through Canada Coach Academy and is working toward professional certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Academically, Martin holds undergraduate degrees in Gerontology, Religious Studies, and Social Work. Martin also holds a Masters degree in Leadership, a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a Micro Credential in Board Governance.
